Therapist Thursday Spotlight!
Meet David Crotts! David works as a Physical Therapist (PT, DPT) in our outpatient physical therapy clinic. David is also a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), as well as being Astym certified.
David grew up in Cimarron, KS and says his favorite childhood memory is when his dad would play the organ and sing in the mornings before school. David was involved in track, tennis and basketball growing up and now enjoys watching football and NCAA basketball.
In his free time David likes attending sporting events, being a parent, and working on home improvements. His long-term goal is to finish and move into his new home. He also hopes to raise his two kids to have good manners and follow social rules. David says that this favorite places to eat in town are Casa Ramos and Radius Brewery. He also enjoys steak, salmon, hibachi, and sushi. He states that his most interesting place he has traveled was Santorini, Greece.
David was inspired to choose physical therapy from a kinesiology professor. He says that the most rewarding part of his job is being able to impact patient’s lives by improving their function and returning them to their previous activity level.
