Stacie Sonnakolb, diet clerk at Newman Regional Health, is inspiring others with her amazing weight loss story. Stacie’s weight loss journey began in February of 2016. Since then she has lost 112 pounds and feels amazing. In addition to losing the weight Stacie says the biggest victories are those not measured in pounds. She has more energy to keep up with her two young children and she has been able to get off of all medications, some she had been taking for 16 years. Some of Stacie’s tips for weight loss success include:
* Track your food intake
* Keep a journal to note any and every success
* Set small attainable goals and reevaluate them as necessary
* Eat those fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water
